Juan Correa

Juan is a lawyer from the University of Chile (2003-2007) and LL.M. from New York University (2013-2014). He has focused his profesionalpractice on competition, litigation, arbitration, investigations and economic regulation.

He was head of the Anti-Cartel Division of the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office for 8 years (2016-2024). Previously, he was a lawyer in the Mergers Division of the same institution (2010-2013).

In the academic field, he has been an external professor of private law and public law at the Adolfo Ibáñez University, where he currently teaches the Competition Law course.

Juan is qualified to practice as a lawyer in Chile and the State of New York.
