Ricardo Riesco

Ricardo is a lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (2000), LL.M. from Columbia University (2004-2005), and has focused his professional practice on competition law, compliance, economic regulation, litigation, and arbitration.

Ricardo is an arbitrator (2009- ) and advisor to CAM Santiago (2023- ).

In the public sector, he served as National Economic Prosecutor (2018-2022).

Throughout his career in the private sector, Ricardo was a partner at Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría (2010-2017) and worked as an associate in both national and international law firms.

Ricardo is active in the academic field as a professor of Procedural Law (2003- ) and Competition Law (2019- ) at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. He has also authored national and international publications and participated as a speaker at seminars in Chile and abroad.
